Ooof.

I don't know which feels ickier when reviewing a performance: seeing yourself holding back too much or seeing yourself steamrolling a scene. 

(For the record, I think holding back is the worse of the two. But then again, I'm a loudmouth)

    I feel this alot...they both can add to a scene, as well as flipping the other side of the dynamite lit stick, they both can take away. I do agree that holding back is worse, but I would fine it magical for myself as either a performer or as audience member-if one of the Actors just sat still as a dead fish on a chair!!! It could be a magical moment!!
